Before going to Wah Hong I went to another larger mechanic shop. The difference in terms of the quality of service between Wah Hong and the other shop I went was night and day. The staff (Ken and Ah Hao) were very patient. They immediately attended to me (almost no wait time) and spent a few hours isolating the issues and explaining them to me. They also managed to resolve this issue relatively quickly after acquiring the replacement parts. Lastly, their charges were very reasonable. I will definitely go back to Wah Hong in future.

The best service and repair I ever had. Recommended by a friend to try, went down and told Ah hao that a lot of rattling and knocking sound. After he diagnosed determine was suspension and lower arm issue. Took about 3hrs to replaced then went for test drive even after their shop closed. I was satisfied because there was another knocking sound from steering rack but decide to Come back another dayOther workshop say need to change whole steering rack $3-4k. Ah hao, told me to prepare this amount also. End up he managed to fixed it himself without buying a new rack to save me all the money. Ah hao is really knowledgeable and super duper helpful. He do his best to help without complaining or short changing his attention. Best workshop!
